Background:

One of the obligations that must be met by the taxpayer is to deliver the Annual Income Tax Return correctly, completely, and clearly. Correct is right in the calculation, including the application of the provisions of tax legislation, in writing, and in accordance with the actual situation. Complete is loading all the elements relating to taxes and other elements that must be reported on the notice. Clear is to report the origin or source of taxes and other elements that must be reported on the Notice.

In order to meet the requirements of Annual Income Tax Return, participants will be given training courses related to that issues.

  • Understanding taxation information technology dan its implementation;
  • Discussion and explanation PER-02/PJ/ 2019 on Procedures for filing, receiving, and processing of Income Tax Return;
  • Discussion and explanation SE 24/PJ/2019 on Compliance Rick Management (CRM);
  • Calculating the Corporate income Tax working paper using Microsoft Excel, including the calculation of depreciation and fiscal amortization;
  • Identifying expenses that are not deductible from gross income (tax non-deductible expenses);
  • Management of withholding scheme administration;
  • Calculating deferred tax expenses, tax credits, and tax losses may be set off can be compensated, under (over) payment of Income Tax and so forth;
  • Preparing attachments, special attachments, and additional documents for Corporate Income Tax Return;
  • Preparation of transfer pricing documentation;
  • Efforts to meet tax compliance for SMES.
