DDTC Academy training may be attended by everyone, ranging from company staff, students, CFOs, tax directors, tax managers, accountants engaged in financing companies in all industries, financial managers, chartered accountants, financial controllers and analysts, internal and external auditors, tax experts and lawyers.
DDTC Academy instructors consist of highly-qualified DDTC professionals who are highly competent in their respective fields, experienced in their fields, hold world-class international certification, and handle tax cases of large companies in Indonesia.
Participants who have completed DDTC Academy training will receive softcopy certificates. For intensive courses, participants will obtain 2 (two) certificates, a "Certificate of Attendance" and a "Certificate of Excellence" for those who pass the test and meet the specified grade criteria.

Does the training fee include tax?
The training fee includes VAT only
Can I receive an invoice and tax invoice for my training registration?
Answer:
We provide invoices and tax invoices in both softcopy and/or hardcopy for participants making payments through a company.
For participants making personal payments, the invoice is only issued by the payment gateway platform.
Participants who have registered and yet are unable to attend the training due to urgent matters or illness must inform DDTC Academy no later than 1 day before the training is held.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the training?
Response:
- We will provide a full refund under the following conditions:
1. If the training is cancelled by DDTC Academy, participants will receive a 100% refund.
2. If the cancellation is made by the participant, a cancellation administrative fee applies as follows:
2.a. A 35% cancellation fee applies if a refund is requested 3 days (H-3), 2 days (H-2), or 1 day (H-1) before the event.
2.b. Refund requests cannot be made on the day of the event (H day).
- If a participant is absent on the day of the event due to illness, they must present a doctor's note, and if the absence is due to work obligations, an official letter from their employer is required. Refunds can be made with a 35% administrative fee deduction.
- Refund processes using the Virtual Account payment method will be processed at the beginning of the following month.
We will inform all participants no later than 3 days before the implementation of the training in the event that the training cannot be held.
Can I send a colleague to replace me if I can't attend the training?
Jawab:
Yes, you can send a colleague as a substitute without any additional cost if you are unable to attend. Please inform us of this substitution by phone or written message to the Hotline number (0812 8393 5151) or via email at [email protected]. We will coordinate with you to ensure that your colleague receives the training materials and access to the 'Participant Dashboard'. Please note, the eCertificate will only be issued to the initially registered participant.
Tentative. We will provide further information through the participant group if it is necessary to bring a laptop.
We shall provide the training participants with the “certificate of attendance”. For intensive courses, however, participants will obtain 2 (two) certificates, namely “certificate of attendance” for participants with a minimum of 75% of attendance and “certificate of excellence” for participants deemed to have passed with predetermined grade qualification.
Dress code: neat and polite. Thank you for dressing appropriately.
We shall provide training with the best trainers in their respective fields experienced in handling large clients throughout Indonesia. Moreover, the materials are adjusted to international training curriculums. It is our fervent hope that participants of ADIT preparation training can pass ADIT exams as proven by several participants who passed one of ADIT exams after taking the ADIT exam preparation training organized by DDTC Academy.
