We shall provide the training participants with the “certificate of attendance”. For intensive courses, however, participants will obtain 2 (two) certificates, namely “certificate of attendance” for participants with a minimum of 75% of attendance and “certificate of excellence” for participants deemed to have passed with predetermined grade qualification.

Yes, you can send a colleague as a substitute without any additional cost if you are unable to attend. We will coordinate with you to ensure that your colleague receives the training materials and access to the 'Participant Dashboard'. Please note, the eCertificate will only be issued to the initially registered participant.
