Q: Will I receive a certification after completing this course?

We shall provide the training participants with the “certificate of attendance”. For intensive courses, however, participants will obtain 2 (two) certificates, namely “certificate of attendance” for participants with a minimum of 75% of attendance and “certificate of excellence” for participants deemed to have passed with predetermined grade qualification.

Participants who have registered and yet are unable to attend the training due to urgent matters or illness must inform DDTC Academy no later than 1 day before the training is held.

Can I send a colleague in my place if I can’t attend the training?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can send a colleague as a substitute without any additional cost if you are unable to attend. Please inform us of this substitution by phone or written message to the Hotline number (0812 8393 5151) or via email at academy@ddtc.co.id. We will coordinate with you to ensure that your colleague receives the training materials and access to the 'Participant Dashboard'. Please note, the eCertificate will only be issued to the initially registered participant.
